Joyce holds two MA degrees – (1) Counselling Psychology, Uganda Christian University, and (2) Organizational Leadership, Azusa Pacific University. She is currently the Leadership Development & Human Resources AND Crisis Management Director, Campus Crusade For Christ- Southern and Eastern Africa.
